Is The Madison Season 2 Confirmed?
Yes — and it was greenlit in unusually early fashion. Paramount+ renewed the show ahead of its Season 1 launch, a move partly orchestrated so Kurt Russell could film both seasons back-to-back while managing his schedule on Apple TV+’s Monarch: Legacy of Monsters. That’s a strong vote of confidence from the network before a single episode aired.
The show’s cast confirmed that filming has already wrapped on the sophomore season Yahoo!, meaning post-production is underway. Fans won’t be waiting forever.

When Will Season 2 Release?
No official date has been announced yet. Most predictions point to early 2027 as the most likely window Yahoo!, though some analysts suggest a Fall 2026 drop is possible given that filming has already concluded. Expect a trailer to arrive roughly two weeks before the premiere.
Who’s Returning — And Who Isn’t?
Most of the core cast is expected back. However, Matthew Fox, who played Paul Clyburn, has confirmed he will not return for Season 2. Wikipedia Fox was candid about his decision, noting he preferred short commitments rather than multi-year show arcs. New cast members are expected to join the Clyburn world.
The first two seasons each consist of six episodes — an unusually compact order even by Taylor Sheridan’s standards.
