Apple Device-by-Device Breakdown

1. MacBook Neo — Apple’s Most Affordable Mac, Ever

This is the headline of the week for most buyers. The MacBook Neo starts at just ₹69,900 for the 256GB model and ₹79,900 for the 500GB model — making it the cheapest Mac Apple has ever sold in India. Designed to bring first-time buyers and students into the Mac ecosystem, the Neo is expected to run Apple silicon with a streamlined feature set. Think of it as the Mac equivalent of the iPhone SE — accessible entry, real Apple quality.

2. iPhone 17e — The Budget iPhone Reimagined

Priced at ₹64,900 for 256GB, the iPhone 17e is Apple’s answer to the growing demand for a capable but affordable iPhone. The “e” line has always been about delivering the essentials — latest chip, solid camera, clean iOS experience — without the flagship price tag. At under ₹65,000 for 256GB of storage, this is one of the most compelling iPhone value propositions Apple has offered Indian buyers in years. Apple’s iPhone lineup now spans a wider price range than ever, making iOS accessible to more users globally.

3. MacBook Pro M5 Pro & M5 Max — For Those Who Create for a Living

The new MacBook Pro arrives with two chip tiers. The M5 Pro at ₹2,49,900 targets video editors, music producers and developers who need serious sustained performance. The M5 Max at ₹3,99,900 is for those who push machines to their absolute limits — 3D rendering, high-resolution video workflows, machine learning tasks. The M5 generation brings significant gains in both CPU and GPU performance over M4, with improved Neural Engine capabilities and battery life that outlasts the competition by a wide margin.

4. New MacBook Air — The Updated Everyday Powerhouse

Starting at ₹1,19,900, the updated MacBook Air remains Apple’s best-selling laptop globally — and for good reason. Fanless, featherlight, all-day battery life, and now refreshed with newer Apple silicon, it handles everything from office productivity to light creative work without breaking a sweat. For the majority of users, this remains the Mac to buy.

5. M4 iPad Air — A Tablet That Thinks Like a Computer

At ₹64,900, the M4 iPad Air is a significant upgrade for tablet users. The M4 chip — the same silicon powering MacBook Pros not long ago — brings desktop-class performance to a thin, portable form factor. Whether it’s creative professionals using Procreate, students taking notes, or executives running presentations, the M4 iPad Air handles it all with room to spare.

6. Studio Display & Studio Display XDR — Screens Worth Staring At

Two premium monitors round out the launch. The Studio Display at ₹1,89,900 delivers a 5K Retina experience with a 27-inch panel, 12MP Centre Stage camera, and Spatial Audio built in — designed to pair beautifully with any Mac. The Studio Display XDR at ₹3,99,900 steps into reference territory, offering extreme dynamic range for colour grading, broadcast work, and high-end creative production. These are monitors you buy once and keep for a decade.

Why This Week Matters for Apple in India

India has become one of Apple’s fastest-growing markets — and this week’s launches reflect that ambition directly. From the entry-level MacBook Neo and iPhone 17e targeting first-time Apple buyers, to the M5 MacBook Pro and Studio Display XDR serving professional power users, Apple has covered nearly every price bracket in a single launch window. That’s unprecedented, and it signals just how seriously Cupertino is taking the Indian market in 2026.
