One Piece Returns to Crunchyroll on April 5 with the Elbaph Arc

The wait is finally over. After the conclusion of the Egghead Arc, One Piece makes its long-awaited return to Crunchyroll on April 5, 2026, kicking off the legendary Elbaph Arc — one of the most anticipated chapters in the entire series. For fans who’ve waited years to see the Land of Giants animated, this is the moment.

One Piece Elbaph Arc: Everything You Need to Know

Toei Animation and Crunchyroll have officially confirmed both the simulcast return date and the final English dub batch for Egghead — giving sub and dub fans something major to look forward to this spring.

The Elbaph Arc follows the Straw Hats after their daring escape from Future Island Egghead, now sailing alongside the mighty Giant Warrior Pirates to Elbaph — the legendary homeland of giants that has been teased since the Little Garden arc way back in the early arcs of the series. Long-hoped-for reunions and colossal new encounters await.

Why the Elbaph Arc Is Such a Big Deal

Elbaph has been mythologised in One Piece lore for over two decades of storytelling. Giants like Dorry and Brogy were introduced in the Little Garden arc, and since then, Eiichiro Oda has been methodically building toward this destination. The Giant Warrior Pirates joining the Straw Hats suggests this won’t just be a brief stopover — it’s shaping up to be one of the series’ landmark arcs, both emotionally and in terms of world-building.

For Indian fans specifically, Crunchyroll confirmed India as one of the official simulcast regions — meaning episodes drop same day as Japan, subtitled, every week from April 5.

According to Crunchyroll’s official One Piece series page, the full Egghead Arc dub and Elbaph simulcast will both be available on the platform.
