Why X300 Series Matters for India
Vivo officially confirmed the X300 series on its India website with dedicated Amazon and Flipkart microsites already live. Both models feature revolutionary 200MP sensors—but in different configurations optimized for specific photography scenarios.
The standard X300 packs a massive 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor for extreme detail capture, paired with a 50MP ultra-wide and 50MP LYT602 periscope telephoto (3x optical zoom) with telemacro capabilities. Teasers show the device in an India-exclusive Red finish.
The X300 Pro flips the script, featuring a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor (1/1.28-inch, larger than most flagships) for superior low-light performance, complemented by a 200MP periscope telephoto delivering 85mm equivalent focal length—ideal for portraits and distant subjects. It debuts in Golden color for India.
Photographer Kit: Game-Changing Accessory
Vivo will separately sell the X300 Pro Photographer Kit featuring the ZEISS 2.35x Telephoto Extender, protective case, lens covers, decorative ring, and telephoto adapter. The kit includes a built-in 2,300mAh battery extending device runtime during intensive photography sessions—transforming the phone into a professional imaging tool.
Both phones run Android 16-based OriginOS 6 with dual imaging chips (V3+ on Pro model), ZEISS optics certification, and 50MP front cameras. The X300 Pro’s 6,510mAh battery represents one of the largest capacities in any flagship, supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging with IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
Expected pricing positions the X300 around ₹54,990 (based on China’s CNY 4,399 launch price), while the X300 Pro could start near ₹79,990–₹84,999. Sales begin via Vivo India eStore, Amazon, Flipkart, and offline retail partners immediately after launch.

Last year’s X200 series launched December 12, suggesting the X300 lineup follows a similar early-December timeline—perfect timing for holiday purchases.
