6 Tamil-Telugu OTT Releases: Overview

Korean Kanakaraju: A Bhajana Singer’s Bizarre Korean Possession

Directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, this horror comedy follows Kanakaraju, a hot-headed young Bhajana troupe leader who accidentally drinks from a vessel containing a Korean man’s remains. Possessed and gifted with strange powers whenever Korea comes up, he sets off to South Korea with his love interest and photographer friend to break the curse. Expect chaos, culture-clash humour, and Varun Tej in a role unlike his usual action outings.

The Court: A Daughter’s Fight Against Her Own Father

Balaji Selvaraj’s romantic drama centers on Yazhini, a young woman with a speech impairment who takes on a legal challenge against her own father, a respected veteran lawyer named Raj Sekar. As courtroom drama unfolds, buried family tensions surface, making this as much an emotional journey as a professional rivalry.

Bigg Boss Telugu Season 10: Nagarjuna Returns With A Mythological Twist

Nagarjuna Akkineni is back as host for the tenth season, themed around Dasavatharam. As always, expect fresh contestants, tighter tasks, and the usual dose of drama that keeps Telugu audiences hooked to their screens every night.

DC: Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Raw Action Saga Of Love And Revenge

Directed by Arun Matheswaran, DC follows Devadas, a rebel who lives by his own rules after standing up for a farmer’s family. His romance with Parvathy ends in tragedy, pushing him toward vengeance — until he meets Chandra, who resembles his lost love. Betrayal, reconciliation with his estranged father, and a final reckoning make this one of the week’s most anticipated action dramas, starring Wamiqa Gabbi opposite Kanagaraj.

Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10: Vijay Sethupathi’s Hot Seat, Round Three

Vijay Sethupathi returns as showrunner for a third consecutive season, continuing his successful run hosting Tamil Nadu’s biggest reality show. With fresh contestants reportedly lined up, this season promises the usual mix of alliances, fights, and eliminations.

GDN: R. Madhavan Brings A Forgotten Industrial Pioneer To Life

This biographical drama, directed by Krishnakumar Ramakumar, traces the life of G. D. Naidu, the real-life Indian inventor and industrialist often called the “Edison of India” for his contributions to transportation and technology. R. Madhavan plays Naidu’s journey from humble beginnings to building a transport empire, alongside Priyamani, Sathyaraj, and Jayaram. It’s a rare big-screen tribute to an unsung innovator’s legacy.

Why This Week’s Lineup Stands Out?

Between two big-ticket reality shows returning simultaneously, a genre-bending horror comedy, and a biopic honoring a real Indian pioneer, this week’s OTT slate has something for nearly every mood — action, drama, laughs, or reality-TV binge-watching.
