Samsung Galaxy M33 5G launched with the Exynos 1280 chipset in India

Samsung held a launch event earlier today wherein it launched the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G in India as the latest model in the Galaxy M-Series. The new Samsung smartphone features a high refresh rate, a 5nm octa-core Exynos processor, and a quad-camera unit.

The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G comes pre-packed with a list of camera modes, such as an object eraser feature along with bokeh mode. In addition to this, it offers a voice focus feature that claims to eliminate background noise and amplify the receiver’s voice during calls.

Samsung Galaxy M33 5G detailed specs:

The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G is a dual-SIM device that runs on Android 12 with One UI 4.1 on top. The device features a 6.6″ FHD+ Infinity-V display with a high 120Hz refresh rate. The display features a layer of Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G is powered by the Exynos 1280 chipset and it has been paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. With Samsung’s RAM Plus feature, the RAM can be expanded by up to 16GB but of course, it would mean cutting down on your internal storage.

For photos and videos, the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G has a quad-camera setup on the rear, it has a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP ultrawide angle sensor with 120-degree field-of-view and an f/2.4 aperture, a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.

The device packs an 8MP selfie shooter. Connectivity options on the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G include WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The Galaxy M33 5G comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has an amazing 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging.

In terms of pricing and availability, the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G will be priced at 18,999 INR for the base 6GB+128GB variant, the higher-end 8GB+128GB variant is priced at 20,499 INR.

However, as part of an introductory offer, Samsung is offering both models for 17,999 INR and 19,999 INR respectively. Samsung has not yet stated for long this offer will last. The Galaxy M33 5G will come in Green and Blue color options. It will be available for purchase via Amazon and Samsung India from the 8th of April.
