Arsenal dumped out of FA Cup by Nottingham Forest

The record champions will not be adding to their tally this season, as they have been eliminated by Championship club Nottingham Forest. The only goal of the game was scored by substitute Lewis Grabban in the 83rd minute, leaving very little time for the Gunners to find an equaliser.

Arsenal could not manage one shot on target throughout the 90 minutes, despite having the majority of possession. Their lack of clinical finishing has now cost them a spot in the next round of the competition, as an EFL Cup semifinal tie with Liverpool awaits.

Nottingham Forest are going to face the defending champions Leicester City in Round 4.

Tottenham pull off late comeback to defeat Morecambe

Spurs were trailing by 1-0 until Harry Winks levelled things up 15 minutes from the final whistle. Star substitutes Harry Kane and Lucas Moura found their way onto the scoresheet shortly after coming on. Moura gave Antonio Conte’s side the lead in the 85th minute, while Harry Kane joined the party three minutes later to end all hopes for Morecambe to pull off a huge upset.
