Is Battlegrounds Mobile India launching on June 10?

Battlegrounds Mobile India has posted a feed on their official Facebook Page of India hinting at the launch date. The post says “We’re just as excited as you are! BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA is all set to take over!”. This is included with an image of a level-3 helmet in front of the sun. So if you are thinking about how can it indicate the launch date, well that we are going to explain that ahead in the article.

Yesterday the company has shared the logo reveal video and on 7th May the company has shared the news of the official name change and their partnership with KRAFTON for this Indian variant mobile game.

Now the image shared here by BATTLEGROUNDS Mobile India is the key to know the launch date, because the helmet is blocking the sun in this video. The next Solar Eclipse of this year is on 10th June and here the Moon blocks the Sun. So the indication is on point. This is why we can expect that the game will be launched in India on 10th June on the day of Solar Eclipse in India.

Last year the PUBG Mobile was banned in India due to some security issues linking to the involvement of a Chinese partner with the game. So from then, it has been more than 6 months since the game is banned in India and the company has just made its big move revealing 10 seconds long teaser video on the 7th May. The video showed a new name, adopted specifically for India. The new game will be similar to PUBG Mobile but with a different name – BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA. The name was revealed yesterday and today we have witnessed something new again.
