Virat Kohli maintains top spot in ODI Rankings, Jusprit Bumrah drops to 4th

Virat Kohli retained the top spot in the newly published ICC ODI Rankings. The Indian skipper is the No. 1 batsman in ODI.

Virat Kohli struggled a little bit in the last few series. But he got his form back again in the series against England. Kohli scored 56 and 66 respectively in the first two ODIs against England. Kohli has 870 points in his name right now.

Indian Vice-Captain Rohit Sharma is ranked third, behind Pakistan’s Babar Azam. KL Rahul moved up from 31st to 27th spot. All-Rounder Hardik Pandya and Rishabh Pant both are in the top 100 on the list.

However, Virat Kohli is in the 5th in the list in terms of T20 batsman as well.

Trent Boult is currently leading the chart. The New Zealand pacer is topping the list with 737 points.

Another Indian seamer Bhuvaneshwar Kumar has gained nine slots to reach the 11th position. It is his best rankings since September 2017. Shardul Thakur, after an excellent display against England, has enabled him to move up to the 80th spot from 93rd.
