It was the inclusion of humorous anecdotes of real-life situations that helped him grow over the years and garnered him over 350 million views in the previous year. 2. What motivated him or how did he end up being a gamer?
Ujjwal has always been passionate about playing games on phones. Unlike many others, he enjoyed playing PS and computer games on his brother’s basic smartphone. What started as a leisure activity turned into a passion and later profession when his brother saw him playing and encouraged him to start a YouTube video of his own. Two basic smartphones – one to play and another to record, one YouTube channel, and his gaming journey started.
3. What are his next plans?
Currently, his aim is to further strengthen his base in the gaming industry by playing games across genres and adding some fun element to it. He recently released his debut music video – Game On and aims to create many such in order to inspire aspiring gamers and build a strong gaming community.
4. What does he expect the gaming industry to be like in the upcoming days?
Gaming is still at a very nascent stage across India and the world. People still perceive it to be a mere hobby, and this needs to change. With many gaming start-ups coming in, he believes the industry is here to grow and witness a great shift from hobby to a professional career. He would love to see more professional gamers and gaming content creators to come forward and scale up the industry.
