Tecno has launched another budget mid-range smartphone in India, named Tecno Camon 16 Premier. Checking about its specifications, this phone runs Android 10 with HiOS and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G90T SoC chipset with Multi-dimensional Liquid Cooling Technology. Regarding the display, this phone offers a 6.9-inch FullHD+ IPS LCD punch-hole (pill-shaped for carrying dual front camera setup) panel supported by a faster refresh rate of 90Hz, having a 90% screen-to-body ratio. This phone features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner placed under its power button.
The Helio G90T SoC of this phone is paired with 8GB of RAM and expandable storage. Coming to the camera section, this phone offers a quad rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 main sensor with five LED flash, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel 2.5cm macro camera. As per its pricing and availability, this phone carries an affordable price tag of just Rs. 16999 (~$232) and will be available from Flipkart as well as offline retail stores across India starting from January 16th.
