On a past article we acclaimed that OnePlus will introduce its mid-range device, OnePlus Clover, now to prove that assumption true, OnePlus Clover is spotted on the GreekBench database, which reveals that this new smartphone will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 460 processor and also disclose about the RAM configurations of this upcoming device.
According to the GreekBench datasheet, the OnePlus Clover comes with a model number of OnePlus BE2012. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 460 SoC paired with 4GB RAM. The GreekBench datasheet also reveals that the OnePlus cLOVER will run on Octa-Core CPU clocked at 1.80GHz. The motherboard of the phone has a codename of “Bengal”.
Previously tipster Mukul Sharma reported some expected key specifications of this upcoming device, that revealed, the OnePlus Clover sports with a 6.52″ HD+ IPS LCD display with (720 x 1,560) pixel of display resolution. The phone features with a triple rear back camera setup with a 13 MP primary shooter along with an f/2.2 lens and two 2MP sensors with f/2.4 lenses on the top, but there is no specific information of the selfie camera.
The phone will introduce with 4GB RAM which will be supported by 64GB of expandable internal storage. According to the source, this upcoming handset will be launched with a huge battery capacity of 6,000 mAh with 18W of charging support. It is also said to have a 5mm earphone jack and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Based on the GreekBench datasheet, the OnePlus Clover scores, 245 in a single score test and 1174 in the multi-core test. It is expected that the phone runs on OxygenOS on top of Android 10. The phone will get the support of dual 4G SIM.
OnePlus only launched its flagship models earlier, but the 1st mid-range model from OnePlus is the OnePlus Nord, which was launched in July with a price tag of Rs. 24,999. It is expected that OnePlus Clover will be launched in this running month and to be even cheaper than OnePlus Nord and according to Android Central, the phone will be priced at $200(approximately Rs.14,644.65). This mid-range device by OnePlus may be aimed to offer more competition to brands like Xiaomi, Realme, and OPPO. If the phone will launch in September then we will get to know all the other important authentic specifications of this upcoming handset.
