Now, let’s dive into the icy depths of Hugo’s character build and explore what it takes to maximize his potential in New Eridu.

Cracking the Code: Hugo’s Ascension Path in Zenless Zone Zero

As an Ice Attack agent, Hugo’s ascension materials reflect his frosty nature. Players looking to elevate this cool customer will need to farm a variety of resources, each tied to specific challenges within the game. Let’s break down the ascension requirements by promotion level:

Starting at level 20, you’ll need Basic Attack Certification Seals, obtainable through the Attack Drill at the HIA Club. As you progress, the requirements escalate to Advanced Attack Certification Seals and eventually Pioneer’s Certification Seals. Each level demands not only more seals but also a hefty sum of Dennies, the game’s currency.

The journey to level 60 is no small feat, requiring a total of 800,000 Dennies and a mix of 66 certification seals across various tiers. But the rewards are sweet – you’ll snag two Master Tapes along the way, valuable items that are sure to come in handy.

Skill Mastery: Leveling Up Hugo’s Arsenal

Hugo’s abilities are where his true power shines, and leveling them up is crucial for maximizing his impact on the battlefield. The progression starts with Basic Freeze Chips and evolves to Advanced and Specialized variants. Here’s a pro tip: focus on farming the Icing Test challenge at the HIA Club to stock up on these essential materials.

As you climb the skill ladder, be prepared for a significant Dennie investment. The journey from level 2 to level 12 will set you back a cool 500,000 Dennies, not to mention the 68 Freeze Chips of varying rarity. The pinnacle of skill mastery also requires a Hamster Cage Pass, a rare item obtainable through the New Eridu City Fund or special events.

Core Skills: Unlocking Hugo’s True Potential

Hugo’s core skills are where things get really interesting. These upgrades transform him from a solid team member to a game-changing powerhouse. The progression here is tied to unique materials like Higher Dimensional Data: Murderous Obituary and Finale Dance Shoes.

Maxing out Hugo’s core skills is a true test of dedication, requiring 405,000 Dennies, 60 Higher Dimensional Data items, and 9 Finale Dance Shoes. But for those who persevere, the payoff in combat effectiveness is immense.

Farming Strategies: Maximizing Your Resource Gathering
