How to Watch the Special Program

The Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 livestream will air on the game’s official YouTube and Twitch channels. Simply search for “Zenless Zone Zero” on either platform and you’ll find the official HoYoverse channels streaming the special program.

If you’re unable to tune in live, the VOD (video on demand) will remain accessible on YouTube, allowing you to watch at your convenience. However, remember that redemption codes typically expire within 24 hours of being announced, so check social media or community forums for the codes if you miss the live broadcast.

What to Expect: New Agents and Content Reveals

The spotlight shines on two brand-new S-Rank agents from the previously unknown Krampus Compliance Authority faction. Banyue will be a Rupture specialist from the Fire element, while Dialyn serves as a Physical/Stun agent with a customer service theme that promises unique gameplay mechanics.

Beyond character showcases, the livestream will reveal new story content advancing the Exaltist narrative, details about the Creator and the Qingming Sword, information on Ye Shunguang’s role in version 2.4, upcoming events and gameplay mechanics, and the complete banner schedule including potential reruns.

Mr. Z, along with his mysterious guest, will be bringing the overview of the V2.4 content, character kits, events, and more, ensuring comprehensive coverage of everything Proxies need to know before the update drops on November 26, 2025.

Redemption Codes: Free Polychromes Await

The host usually shares a single redeem code at certain intervals during the telecast, and it remains active for roughly 24 hours. These codes typically reward Polychromes (the game’s premium currency used for pulling banners), Dennies (in-game currency), and sometimes W-Engine or Agent upgrade materials.

Previous livestream codes have offered anywhere from 300 to 600 Polychromes combined across multiple codes. While exact rewards won’t be known until the broadcast, history suggests generous compensation for viewer participation.

How to Redeem ZZZ Codes Quickly

To maximize your rewards, have the redemption page ready before the livestream begins. Visit the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption center on HoYoverse’s website, log in with your account credentials, select your server region, enter the code exactly as shown (case-sensitive), and claim rewards through in-game mail within 30 days.\

Alternatively, you can redeem codes directly in-game by accessing the Settings menu, selecting “Redemption Code” from the Account section, entering the code, and confirming. The in-game method is faster but requires you to be logged into the game during or immediately after the livestream.

Expected Banner Schedule and Reruns

The next ZZZ banners are expected to run from Wednesday, November 26, to Wednesday, December 17, 2025, with Dialyn featured as the primary S-Rank agent in Phase 1. Leaks suggest Soldier 0 – Anby might receive her Electric Reflection rerun banner during version 2.4, giving players who missed this powerful Electric Attack agent another chance to pull her.

Banyue’s banner timing remains uncertain—she could debut in Phase 1 alongside Dialyn or be saved for Phase 2 depending on HoYoverse’s release strategy. The livestream will clarify the exact banner rotation and featured A-Rank agents.

Version 2.4 Release Timeline

Following the November 14 livestream, players can expect the actual version 2.4 update to go live on November 26, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM PST (November 25). The update will include the new story chapter, agent releases, quality-of-life improvements, and new events running through January 7, 2026.

This gives players nearly two weeks between the livestream announcement and the actual update—plenty of time to farm Polychromes, prepare pull budgets, and strategize which banners to prioritize based on team composition needs.

Preparing for the Krampus Compliance Authority

Little is known about this new faction beyond its connection to Banyue and Dialyn. The Krampus Compliance Authority represents a fresh addition to New Eridu’s complex power structure, potentially introducing new story arcs and faction-specific mechanics.

Given that Banyue specializes in Rupture (a damage-over-time mechanic) and Dialyn focuses on Stun (enemy action interruption), this faction likely emphasizes control-oriented playstyles that disrupt enemy patterns rather than dealing raw burst damage.
