Yamaha is one of the new entrants in the global accessories market, a rather surprising one. Its latest product is the Yamaha YH-L700A wireless headphones. Looking to stick with the entertainment products in the tech space, Yamaha expects the headphones to do well in the market.
The YH-L700A will come with Active Noise Cancellation(ANC) and spatial audio. The headphones do not feature the more expansive Dolby Atmos which is a bit of a letdown but they do have a mechanism that will enhance the audio input via the 3D Sound Field functionality for a completely immersive audio experience.
The YH-L700A has a head tracking control feature as well. The headphones will go on sale from next month for a price of €520(45,835INR). The headphones have 40mm drivers, Bluetooth 5.0, and aptx adaptive support. The 3D Sound Field can transform stereo audio and will simulate multi-channel content on several sound modes. it will also have a companion app that will enable the user to adjust the sound quality to their liking. The app will be available on Android and iOS.
The ANC technology that Yamaha has used in the YH-L700A enhances the overall sound output by cancelling active noise within the users’ environment.
The ANC is a perfect balance between blocking out unwanted noise and enhancing the audio quality. The Listening Optimizer uses a mic that is embedded inside each ear cup to constantly monitor sound output optimized tip-notch listening. Ambient sound mode is also a feature available that can be toggled on and off.
The YH-L700A will come with a powerful battery that guarantees 34 hours of activity on a full charge, it has a USB Type-C cable, and with ANC enabled along with a 3D Sound Field, the battery lasts for 11 hours.
