Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil the successor to its Pad 6S Pro 12.4 in China, and ahead of the official launch, the upcoming Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database, giving a glimpse into its performance and hardware specs. Identified by the model number ‘25053RP5CC’—with the “C” likely referring to the Chinese variant— the tablet has managed a single-core score of 2631, and a multi-core score of 8449.

Underneath, it is known to be powered by Xiaomi’s latest XRING O1 SoC, which carries a combination of CPU cores: 2 x 3.40 GHz + 4 x 3.04 GHz + 2 x 1.89 GHz + 2 x 1.80 GHz. The ARM Mali-G925 Immortalis GPU will also adorn the tablet to ensure optimum graphics support. It will ship with Android 15 out of the box, along with Xiaomi’s “custom” HyperOS 2 skin.

There will also be a 16GB RAM model. Beyond performance, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 is rumored to feature a 12.5-inch high-end display, a massive 10,610 mAh battery, and ultra-fast 120W wired charging. It will have a slim 5.8 mm profile and include PC-level features like advanced software, stylus support, and a floating keyboard accessory. Color options are expected to include Black and Grey/Silver. The device has already been certified by Chinese regulatory bodies, including 3C and Bluetooth SIG.

The tablet is anticipated to launch in late June 2025 alongside other major Xiaomi products like the Mix Flip 2, Redmi K Pad, and Redmi K80 Ultra. The Pad 7S Pro 12.5 looks to be a strong contender in the premium tablet segment with flagship-level hardware and features.
