Reality TV has seen some wild moments, but what happened in Episode 29 of The 50 on March 1, 2026 was something else entirely. The moment that one iconic beat dropped and Mika Singh strode in, the entire Mahal transformed — not just in mood, but in energy. Rivalries dissolved. Arguments paused. Sworn enemies smeared gulal on each other and started dancing.

Mika Singh Changed Everything the Moment He Walked In
The first beat dropped — loud, electric, unmistakable. Mika Singh entered with his trademark swagger and the Lion’s voice boomed through the house announcing, “Singh is King… the King of music has arrived.” Within seconds, tension melted into rhythm, gulal filled the air, and contestants who had been locked in arguments just hours earlier were suddenly dancing shoulder to shoulder.
This is exactly what makes Holi specials on reality TV unforgettable. Nobody planned it, nobody rehearsed it — it just happened. Silent rivalries faded, strategies paused, and even the most reserved players gave in to the energy. The living room turned into a stage, the stage into a celebration.
What Else Happened in Episode 29?
Beyond the Holi celebrations, Episode 29 delivered high-voltage drama — captain battles, disqualifications, danger zone shakeups, and even a heated argument between Nikki and Divya. Mika also singled out Divya as his favourite contestant, and her upcoming marriage became an unexpected talking point in the house.
For a show built on 50 celebrities surviving 50 days in a lawless palace with no set rules, this episode struck a beautiful balance: chaos, colour, and genuine human moments all rolled into one. The 50 airs on Colors TV at 10:30 PM IST and streams daily on JioHotstar from 9 PM IST. Sulekha Events
Holi, the festival of colours, has a long tradition of breaking barriers and bringing people together — and that spirit came alive inside the Mahal in a way no task ever could.
