Vivo X90 Series Launch Teased in India

Vivo is almost set to unveil the Vivo X90 series in India. A few days ago, it was reported that on April 26th, Vivo would launch their new Vivo X90 series in India.

Vivo has been teasing the introduction of the X90 lineup, while the firm has not yet announced when the series will be made available to the public. In anticipation of the introduction of the Vivo X90 series in the Indian market, Vivo has released a new teaser video on its official Twitter account.

Vivo X90 Series Specifications

Since the Vivo X90 and X90 Pro have previously been released in other countries, everyone is aware of their specifications. Similar specifications to those of the international and Chinese variants are anticipated for the India-specific X90 series. Both the X90 and X90 Pro have a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen that can reach up to 1300 nits of brightness and 120 Hz of refresh rate. These mobile devices use a high-performance, octa-core Dimensity 9200 processor. When it comes to software, both the X90 and X90 Pro ship with Android 13 OS and FunTouch OS 13. Each device supports up to 12GB of RAM and has 512GB of storage space.

Both the X90 and X90 Pro have fingerprint readers hidden beneath the screen. The Vivo X90 has a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens for superior image. The X90 Pro, on the other hand, boasts three cameras: a 50MP Sony IMX989 main camera sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX758 portrait camera sensor, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. The front-facing 32MP cameras with f/2.5 apertures are featured on both phones.

The Vivo X90 has a 4,810 mAh battery and can be rapidly charged at 120W over a wired connection, while the X90 Pro has a 4,870 mAh battery and can be rapidly charged at both 120W over a wired connection and 50W over a wireless connection. The two handsets are similar in that they both support two SIM cards, as well as 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C connector.

In China, the base Vivo X90 model with 8GB of RAM costs MYR 3,699, while the cheapest Vivo X90 Pro variant costs MYR 4,999. The Vivo X90 is speculated to start at around ₹45,000 in India, while the X90 Pro could go for around ₹60,000. Further information on when the Vivo X90 series will be released in India will be made available as time progresses.
