The All New Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro

Vivo has revealed that the Vivo V30 series, consisting of the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro will make its debut in India on March 7 at 12 pm IST. A dedicated microsite for these phones is now active on Flipkart confirming that they will be available on this e-commerce platform. The company had previously confirmed that these handsets would come in Andaman Blue, Classic Black, and Peacock Green color options.

The Vivo V30 Pro is expected to feature a camera setup with promotional materials suggesting OIS-supported portrait cameras and Vivo’s unique Aura Light feature—a square LED flash unit located on the rear panel. Moreover, these cameras will be supported by Zeiss technology.

The global variant of the Vivo V30 features a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, a 5,000mAh battery with support, for 80W charging, and a large 6.78-inch 120Hz HD AMOLED display. The camera configuration consists of a 50-megapixel main OV50E sensor, with OIS, a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel front camera.

There are indications that the Vivo V30 Pro might essentially be a rebadged model of the Vivo S18 Pro released in China in December 2023. It is expected to feature a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup, potentially comprising a 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel Sony IMX816 portrait camera, and an ultra-wide-angle lens.

The Vivo V30 Pro might be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, run Android 14-based FuntouchOS 14, and feature a 6.78-inch 120Hz full-HD+ AMOLED display. It could also offer an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance and pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support.
