Compact Flagship with iPhone Air-Inspired Design
The S50 Pro Mini features a horizontal pill-shaped camera module reminiscent of iPhone Air and Honor 500 series, departing from the vertical setup of its S30 Pro Mini predecessor. At 6.31 inches with 8.1mm thickness and 192g weight, it offers flagship power in a compact, one-hand-friendly form factor.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset delivers AnTuTu scores exceeding 3 million points, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for flagship-level performance.

Triple Camera with Sony Periscope Telephoto
Both models feature 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto cameras supporting high zoom levels, paired with 50MP primary sensors with OIS and 8MP ultra-wide lenses. The S50 Pro Mini adds a 50MP anti-distortion selfie camera for portrait photography.
Vivo positions the camera system for superior portraits and zoom photos compared to mid-range rivals while maintaining slim profiles.
Massive 6,500mAh Battery in Thin Body
The standout feature is the 6,500mAh “Blue Ocean” battery fitting inside an 8.1mm body—enabling all-day usage. The S50 Pro Mini supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, while the standard S50 offers 90W wired charging only.
Both phones achieve IP68 and IP69 dust/water resistance with 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanners 2.0.
Global Launch as X300 FE and V70
Industry reports suggest the S50 Pro Mini will launch internationally as Vivo X300 FE, following the S30 Pro Mini becoming X200 FE globally. The S50 is expected to debut as Vivo V70 in India during Q1 2026.
