VIROSH Wedding 2026: Why Vijay Deverakonda & Rashmika Mandanna Are Having TWO Ceremonies!

Most celebrity weddings follow one script. The VIROSH wedding is following two — and that’s exactly what makes it so special.

Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are tying the knot on February 26, 2026 in Udaipur, and reports confirm the couple will celebrate with two separate wedding ceremonies on the same day — one honouring Vijay’s Telugu Hindu roots, and the other paying tribute to Rashmika’s Kodava heritage from Coorg, Karnataka.

It’s not just a wedding. It’s a beautiful collision of two cultures, two families, and one love story that millions have been rooting for.

VIROSH Two Ceremonies — What We Know

The Telugu Hindu ceremony is set for the morning of February 26, following the groom’s family traditions. Later the same day, a Kodava ceremony will take place in keeping with Rashmika’s ancestral customs from the warrior community of Coorg — a culture known for its deeply distinctive and proud wedding rituals.

No official statement has been released by the couple, but the report from India Today paints a clear picture: both families are being honoured in equal measure, and that’s simply gorgeous.

Intimacy Is the Theme

This is being kept deliberately small — only close family and trusted friends have been invited to Udaipur. The couple confirmed their nuptials with a heartfelt note to fans, introducing the celebration as the “Wedding of VIROSH” — a couple name coined by their dedicated fanbase that perfectly blends Vijay and Roshmika.

Pre-wedding festivities have already been in full swing: a Japanese welcome dinner, pool volleyball, a playful cricket match dubbed the “Virosh Premiere League,” a Sangeet night, Mehendi, and Haldi. Vijay’s mother Deverakonda Madhavi also presented Rashmika with cherished heirloom bangles at the Sangeet — a moment that felt straight out of a film, except it was beautifully real.

Post-wedding, the couple will head to Hyderabad for a grand industry reception on March 4 — and that’s when the wider celebration truly begins.
