VIROSH Wedding 2026: Vijay & Rashmika Feed the Paparazzi — Because That’s Just Who They Are

There are celebrity weddings. And then there’s the VIROSH wedding — where even the paparazzi waiting outside get fed a hot buffet lunch and dinner for three straight days.

That’s right. As Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna prepare to tie the knot on February 26, 2026 at the luxurious ITC Mementos in Udaipur, the couple made sure to extend their signature warmth beyond the venue walls — all the way to the shutterbugs camped outside hoping for a glimpse.

And honestly? It tells you everything about who these two are as people.

VIROSH’s Sweetest Gesture Nobody Saw Coming

With a foreign security agency hired to keep the celebrations strictly private, media personnel stationed in Udaipur had little chance of catching the couple on camera. But rather than simply keeping them at bay, Vijay and Rashmika decided to include them in their own quiet way.

Starting February 24, the couple arranged a full buffet spread — both lunch and dinner — for all three days leading up to the wedding, for every pap and journalist present in the city. It’s the kind of move that’s hard to fake, and even harder to forget.

Everything Happening Behind the Gates

While the media enjoyed their meals outside, inside the venue the pre-wedding festivities were in full swing. The couple kicked off celebrations with a Japanese cuisine welcome dinner, pool volleyball, and even a tongue-in-cheek cricket event dubbed the “Virosh Premiere League”.

At the Sangeet, Vijay’s mother Deverakonda Madhavi gave Rashmika traditional heirloom bangles — a gesture rich with emotion, symbolising a mother welcoming her daughter-in-law into the family fold.

The wedding itself will follow both Telugu and Kodava customs, honouring the cultural heritage of both families in a deeply personal double ceremony.
