Trupeer AI, a company specializing in workflow knowledge layers for enterprise teams and AI agents, has announced the appointment of Raghu Subramanian as its President and Chief Business Officer. The move aims to accelerate the company’s next phase of global enterprise expansion.
Subramanian joins Trupeer AI (https://www.trupeer.ai/) following a career focused on enterprise automation and technology leadership. He was a founding member of the management team at UiPath, where he contributed to scaling the company from an early-stage venture to a NYSE-listed enterprise valued at over $35 billion. His tenure at UiPath included establishing its India operations in 2016 and subsequently serving as President & CEO for India and APAC. Prior to UiPath, he held the position of CTO at EXL Service. Subramanian brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, automation, and AI adoption.
Trupeer AI: Overview
In his new role at Trupeer AI, Subramanian will be responsible for leading commercial expansion efforts across global enterprises, SaaS companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and technology-enabled business services firms. Trupeer AI’s platform transforms unstructured workflows into AI-ready knowledge assets such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and multilingual documentation, supporting knowledge transfer and AI adoption across more than 50,000 teams in over 100 countries. The company is backed by RTP Global and Salesforce Ventures.

Shivali Goyal, CEO and Co-Founder of Trupeer AI, commented on the appointment, stating, “Raghu’s decades of experience in helping organizations adopt and scale transformative technologies, coupled with his deep understanding of enterprise challenges in organizational knowledge and AI enablement, align with Trupeer’s vision. His expertise is expected to strengthen our commercial capabilities and accelerate our growth.”
Subramanian also offered his perspective, “Enterprises frequently encounter challenges in deriving value from AI due to fragmented context. The necessary knowledge often resides within individuals or is dispersed across various tools. In the era of agentic AI, where an agent’s effectiveness is directly tied to the context it operates on, this gap becomes a critical differentiator. Trupeer was designed to address this by structuring enterprise knowledge, making it accessible and actionable for AI applications.”
The appointment occurs as enterprises transition from AI experimentation to broader deployment, where knowledge readiness is increasingly identified as a constraint on AI outcomes. Gartner predicts that while 40% of enterprise applications will embed task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026, 60% of AI projects may be abandoned within the same timeframe due to inadequate data and knowledge infrastructure. Trupeer AI aims to bridge this gap, and Subramanian’s leadership is anticipated to enhance its enterprise adoption.
