What the UEFA A Licence Allows
The UEFA A licence is one of the key levels in UEFA’s coaching pathway. It is required for first-team coaches in certain club categories and for age-group teams such as U-21 and U-19. It is also a step toward the top qualification, the UEFA Pro licence. So the licence opens many doors, but “any team at any level” overstates it.
A Natural Fit?
Kroos was always known as the midfield brain of Real Madrid. He won five Champions League titles there and the 2014 World Cup with Germany. Reports have also linked him with a future advisory role at Madrid, similar to the path Zinedine Zidane took.
Nothing is official yet, but the idea of Kroos in a tracksuit on the sideline is easy to picture.
