Thor 4 is all set to make MCU’s comeback of Chris Hemsworth‘s founding Avenger along with some new and old friends. Thor, the MCU’s sequel is directed by Thor: Ragnarok director named Taika Waititi. This film will also showcase the return of the franchise’s mainstays like Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson, and Jaimie Alexander. The film’s assistance was lent by the Guardians of the Galaxy led by Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord, but nothing has been revealed about their roles.
The exact plot of the film Thor 4 i.e. Thor: Love and Thunder are still kept secret, But Marvel Studios has confirmed that the heroes will go up against Christian Bale’s Gorr the God Butcher. The film will also reveal the heroic transformation of Portman’s Jane Foster into the Mighty Thor, and Thor 4 is expected to explore New Asgard under Valkyire’s leadership.
The production of the film officially finished in the last of June 2021, but the reshoots of the film again started in October. The Thor 4 i.e. Thor: Love and Thunder have confirmed its release in the month of July 2022, it also seems that the marketing is going to start soon.

Thor 4: Poster
The director of the film has verified Thor: Love and Thunder’s poster with merchandise supplier Pyramid International that it is a licensed product of Marvel. It has come to know according to Pyramid that the poster was leaked by mistake and distributed to the retailer too early and it has further come to known that the poster will be available for purchase in 2022.
Earlier on Twitter, the director Taika Waititi said that “This is so bad that I kinda wish it was an official poster. It’s definitely what I would have done if I was in charge of posters.”
He further thanked Jacob’s Toys on YouTube and other social media platforms for helping in verifying the poster’s authenticity.
Twitter user @stuffnfilms has shared a brand new promotional poster for Thor 4 i.e. Thor: Love and Thunder, showcasing a fresh look at Chris Hemsworth’s titular Avenger alongside Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster, Taika Waititi’s Korg, and Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie.
The image shows us Thor’s new costume, Korg’s appearance in the sequel, and Jane’s debut as the Mighty Thor.
It also offers the first official look at Toothgrinder and Toothgnasher, the mystical goats of Thor
Expectations
The newly-leaked poster has shown us an exciting preview of what is going to come in Thor 4 or Thor: Love and Thunder.
The revealed poster has also hinted to us that the main characters will be Thor, Valkyrie, Jane Foster’s Mighty Thor, and surprisingly, Taika Waititi’s Korg. In the Avengers: Endgame and Ragnarok, serving as a supporting character, the Kronan warrior’s promotion to the film’s lead star could suggest that he will have a deeper character arc in the movie.
After seeing closely, it has been noticed that Foster was holding a reforged Mjolnir. The new details have appeared in the line has previously released art of Thor’s hammer for the film. It was also pointed out earlier that Foster’s Mjolnir would be the same one that has destroyed by Hela from Ragnarok, and the plot was cemented on point by the continued appearance and the consistent details.
In the poster, Thor was seen wearing two different costumes, it has also suggested that he will also don a new suit at some point in the narrative. It seems to be possible that the hero has a specific outfit for space while he has a main costume on Earth.
The poster also indicates that part of Love and Thunder will be set in space, considering the fact that the four main heroes are riding a chariot alongside the mystical goats. This establishes the idea that the sequel will be a cosmic adventure full of humor and action that could surpass Ragnarok’s comedic antics.
Release Date
Thor: Love and Thunder are going set to release in theatres on 8th July 2022.
