Tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed some of the key specs of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3. Some of these are rumors so take them with a grain of salt.
As per the tipster, the Nord 3 will feature the new MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chip, the same chip that the Redmi K50 recently launched with. This would be paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of the display, the Nord 3 flaunts a 6.7″ AMOLED screen with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a punch hole camera setup on the upper-left corner of the screen.
In the optics department, the Nord 3 has a 16MP selfie shooter on the front and a triple camera setup on the rear. The primary sensor is a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP monochrome sensor.
The Nord 3 will be juiced by a 4,500mAh battery with support for 150W charging. For biometrics, it will have an in-display fingerprint scanner and an X-axis linear haptic motor.
As per a 3C certification last week, we saw a OnePlus device with 160W charging with the exact specs including 160W charging as well. The model carried the code ‘PKGM10’ in that particular certification and it was a OnePlus 5G smartphone.
All hints now indicate that this device is likely to be the Nord 3.
