The Marvels 2023 Movie Post-Credit Scenes Explained

Marvel Studios has returned with a bang with The Marvels. In this, there is one of the post-credits scenes that we are going to break down that indicates that Marvel has entered into Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 5. Marvel’s new credits scene introduced the two latest characters to the MCU, as both have familiar faces and are long-time viewers of Marvel films. It seems that things are immediately clear, but when there are others, they may not be recognizable in the right way, mainly for the audience members who are unfamiliar with the Marvel comics.

The Marvels have the post-credits scene dealing with the bigger themes of the Multiverse Saga. Now, things are going to be confirmed by the head of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige. In this, the MCU Phases 4, 5, and 6 have comprised the Multiverse Saga, as things are so far seen in a couple of heroes and villains traversing along with the Marvel multiverse.

It seems that The Marvels is not going to deal at all with the main villain of The Multiverse Saga, Kang, and all of his variants. The Marvels have just dealt with one of the main three heroes who have become trapped inside the parallel universe after getting protected by the universe.

The Marvels: X-Men’s Beast and Binary become part of The MCU

After shutting down the rift in reality created by Dar-Benn and the quantum bands, Monica Rambeau has been trapped in a parallel reality. In the end, she woken up in the mysterious white room to get what issue actually appeared to become her mother, Maria Rambeau (Lashana Lynch) is also sitting in the chair just beside her bed.

At this, the positioning of those characters seems to be the reversal of that moment when Monica has blipped away by one snap of Thanos’ snap. On those days, she was just sitting beside Maria’s hospital bed while her mother became sick with cancer.

It seems not to be a version of Maria related to Monica instead, she has referred to the Binary. As scenes unfolded, the X-Men’s Beast, was played by returning to the Fox franchise actor Kelsey Grammer. You will get some other references for the X-Men, including the X-Men door having the Beast name-dropping Charles Xavier. It also appears in the scene. The scene concludes with the full view of Binary and her costume, as it has been pulled straight from the comics.

Lashana Lynch’s as the latest MCU Character?

It has been introduced in the Marvel comics, Binary was primarily a super-charged version of Captain Marvel. It seems that Carol had lived along with the X-Men, she had been captured and experimented on by aliens called the Brood. Now, the experiments have granted Carol access to far more cosmic power via a connection with a white hole. Having the latest power she took on the mantle of Binary. For more recent comics, Binary has become a duplicate of Captain Marvel as Carol was created just after focusing on her energy for forming.

The thing is how MCU has adapted the character, they are going to adapt the version of the earlier origin since they’ve unlocked Binary along with the X-Men. In this case Earth-838’s Captain Marvel in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, this version of Binary is mainly a variant of Maria Rambeau more than Carol Danvers.

Kelsey Grammar Becomes X-Men’s Beast In MCU Multiverse?

In this show, Kelsey Grammer is going to be the next X-Men. It seems that things are going to be more identifiable for the two characters as things have been introduced in The Marvels’ along with the credits scene being Beast. Grammer is joining as part of the original Fox X-Men franchise as Dr. Hank McCoy aka Beast in X-Men: The Last Stand. As per the other member, Grammer is mainly the mutant with a member of the X-Men and, in The Last Stand, the Secretary of Mutant Affairs.

Captain Marvel Return?

As a member of Avengers, Carol Danvers is likely to be the next Captain Marvel to appear in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Among all of this he is going to be one of the strongest remaining Avengers, now, these things make sense about the re-join in the team for their battle against Kang.

Will Ms Marvel Return?

Well, we don’t have any confirmation as to when Kamala Khan will come back, considering the conclusion of the film set up along with the spinoff features the young superheroes, Ms. Marvel will likely return in a Young Avengers movie or TV show. We are assuming that there’s a possibility of Ms. Marvel season 2 happening and the Young Avengers coming together.

Monica Rambeau And The X-Men Arrival?

As Monica and the X-Men belong to the parallel reality, of the Multiverse Saga, it is likely they would join the battle in either Avengers: The Kang Dynasty or Avengers: Secret Wars. However, they may appear potentially and sooner. By revolving around Deadpool 3 set photos, the 2024 MCU film has been speculated to speak on an X-Men tale that expands the multiverse. We are assuming that Deadpool may return face-to-face with Beast, Binary, and Monica at some point for his solo adventure, mainly if the X-Men characters all belong to the same universe.
