“Test Subject V”: John Abraham’s New Docu-Feature Wants You To Question Everything You Eat

Not every wellness story needs a lecture, and “Test Subject V” proves it by turning one man’s personal reinvention into something genuinely entertaining. Presented by John Abraham, this hybrid docu-feature is now streaming and already sparking conversations about health, tradition, and questioning what we’ve always been told.

What Test Subject V Film Is About?

“Test Subject V” follows an ordinary Indian man who, halfway through a life built around indulgence, wakes up one day and decides to challenge everything he was taught about food, health, and compassion. Created by Kunal Avanti and directed by Sol Kohli, the film turns Avanti’s personal journey into a broader question about societal pressure versus genuine choice.

Why It’s Worth A Watch

What sets “Test Subject V” apart is its tone — it doesn’t preach. Instead, it leans on humor to nudge viewers into rethinking their own lifestyle habits, making it feel more like a conversation than a sermon. John Abraham’s involvement adds credibility given his own reputation as a fitness-focused actor, while cameos from Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh add extra star power to the mix.

Whether you’re in it for a laugh, some motivation, or simply a new perspective on your food choices, this docu-feature is positioned as an entertaining yet thought-provoking watch.
