TECNO made a strong impact on Day 2 of MWC Barcelona 2025 with its AI Ecosystem Product Launch event. Flaunting its dedication to AI-driven advancement, the manufacturer also launched a series of devices comprising the CAMON 40 smartphone lineup, TECNO AI Glasses Pro, and the MEGABOOK S14 laptop.

TECNO Showcases CAMON 40 Series, AI Glasses, and MEGABOOK S14 with Advanced AI Tech at MWC Barcelona 2025
Laury Bai, TECNO’s Chief Marketing Officer, and Olivier Mas, TECNO’s Chief Product Launch Officer were accompanied by other stakeholders including representatives from MediaTek, Google Cloud, DXOMARK, and Qualcomm. Mas introduced the CAMON 40 Series, emphasizing its mobile imaging capabilities. The series also includes One-Tap FlashSnap Mode and TECNO AI to improve the speed of snapshots and usability.
A joint AI Laboratory was developed with MediaTek in partnership with TECNO to advance AI developments. James Chen, MediaTek’s VP of Product and Technology Marketing, stated that their collaboration will bring seamless AI experiences to users. Matt Waldbusser of Google Cloud cited TECNO’s AI portfolio including Ask Ella, AI Image Generator, AI Writing, and AI Translate supporting multiple languages.
With a score of 138 Overall Camera Score from DXOMARK, the CAMON 40 Pro 5G, was the best camera in any device under $600. DXOMARK CEO Frédéric Guichard hailed its portrait and low-light photography. Other highlights include intelligent imaging, a 360° AI Call Assistant, and powerful MediaTek chipsets for charming experiences. At the MEGABOOK S14, the brand also marked itself as the lightest 14-inch OLED laptop at just 899g with a 2.8K OLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, and Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon X Elite chipset. TECNO AI supports multitasking tools, including AI-powered PPT generation and offline meeting transcription.
The TECNO AI Glasses Series introduced two models, both featuring a 50MP camera, AI-enhanced imaging, and real-time translation in over 100 languages. The AI Glasses Pro includes a MicroLED display with a 30° field of view and over 1,500 nits brightness for AR-based navigation and teleprompting. TECNO’s latest innovations are on display at MWC 2025, emphasizing its commitment to AI-driven solutions and accessibility.
