Marvel’s marketing machine just dropped a clue too juicy to ignore. A new Avengers: Doomsday LEGO trailer shows Sentry flying into battle against Doctor Doom — and it might reveal more about the film’s biggest twist than any official trailer has so far.
What the Trailer Shows
Released by LEGO Japan, the promo highlights the new Avengers Tower set, complete with Minifigures of Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Human Torch, Yelena Belova, Doctor Doom, and Sentry. In the footage, Sentry is seen flying near Avengers Tower, squaring off against Doom — who’s standing exactly where Tony Stark once stood in The Avengers (2012).

Why Sentry Matters in Doomsday
Bob Reynolds promised to keep his powers in check after The Void’s destructive rampage in Thunderbolts*. In the official Doomsday trailer, he appears briefly in civilian clothes — suggesting he’s holding back. But with Doom seemingly manipulating the Avengers as pawns in a bigger scheme, Sentry may be forced to unleash his full power when the team needs it most. Because Doom likely underestimates him as just another New Avenger, Sentry could become the team’s secret weapon — assuming he can control The Void once it’s out.
