Managing AV equipment across multiple rooms, buildings, or even countries just got significantly simpler. Sennheiser has officially launched DeviceHub in India on February 18, 2026 — a secure, cloud-based platform that gives IT and AV teams centralised control of Sennheiser devices from any browser, anywhere in the world.

Sennheiser DeviceHub: Key Features at a Glance

DeviceHub moves AV device management off local machines and into the cloud — no software installs, no device re-adding, no being tied to a single workstation. It launches in public beta with support for TeamConnect Bar Solutions, with more Sennheiser devices being added throughout 2026.

Feature	Detail
Platform Type	Cloud-based, browser-accessible
Cloud Infrastructure	Built on Microsoft Azure
Launch Devices	TeamConnect Bar Solutions
Access Model	Role-based (technicians, admins, integrators)
Organisation Structure	By room, building, campus, or region
Monitoring	Real-time diagnostics, status alerts
Authentication	Modern enterprise-grade standards
Availability	Public beta — free to access now

The platform was first announced at InfoComm US in June 2025 and has since gone through extensive internal testing and a private beta before today’s public launch.

Why DeviceHub Is a Big Deal for Enterprise & Education

The core value is visibility at scale. A hospital IT team managing 50 conference rooms, or a university running AV across multiple campuses, previously needed to be on-site or use fragmented tools. DeviceHub consolidates everything — device status, diagnostics, configuration, and alerts — into one live dashboard accessible from any browser.

Real-world feedback validates this. Guillaume Amaurin, AV Specialist at Sainte-Justine Hospital in Quebec, noted that a single configuration is now enough to onboard a new device, and the entire team uses the portal daily — on or off-site. His colleague Alain Lamontagne highlighted the jump from their previous single-computer Cockpit setup: the time and flexibility gains were immediate.

Role-based access ensures technicians, administrators, and external integrators only see and control what’s relevant to their responsibilities — keeping accountability clear and security tight.

According to Sennheiser’s official DeviceHub product page, the roadmap includes expanding compatibility across additional Sennheiser devices throughout 2026.
