Samsung One UI 8 Beta Live: AI Revolution Starts Today

Revolutionary AI That Actually Understands You

Multimodal Intelligence: Beyond Touch and Type

One UI 8 introduces multimodal AI capabilities that fundamentally change how you interact with your device. Your Galaxy now understands what you’re looking at, watching, or doing in real-time, enabling natural conversations that feel genuinely intelligent rather than robotic.

Imagine showing your phone a restaurant menu and asking for recommendations, or having it automatically suggest actions based on what’s currently on your screen. This isn’t futuristic thinking – it’s available in the beta today.

Personalized Proactive Assistance

The real magic happens with Now Bar and Now Brief – AI features that learn your routines and offer genuinely helpful suggestions before you even realize you need them. Whether it’s reminding you about upcoming meetings, suggesting optimal travel routes, or highlighting important information at exactly the right moment, One UI 8 becomes your invisible assistant.

Form Factor Optimization: Every Galaxy Device Enhanced

One UI 8 isn’t one-size-fits-all software. The interface intelligently adapts to your specific Galaxy device, whether you’re using a traditional smartphone, foldable, tablet, or wearable. Each form factor gets optimized experiences that maximize productivity and convenience.

Privacy-First AI: Intelligence Without Compromise

Samsung understands that powerful AI means nothing without absolute privacy protection. Samsung Knox Vault provides military-grade security with:

Dedicated secure processor for sensitive data isolation
Secure memory that keeps personal information completely separate
Physical and remote access protection that no external party can breach

You Control Your Data

One UI 8 gives you complete control over data processing preferences. Choose on-device processing for maximum privacy, or leverage cloud-based AI for enhanced capabilities. The choice remains entirely yours, with full transparency about how your information is handled.

Everyday Convenience Revolutionized

Forget complex Bluetooth pairing procedures. Auracast technology uses simple QR code scanning to instantly connect multiple devices – Galaxy Buds3, hearing aids, and more – to shared audio streams. Perfect for movie nights, presentations, or accessibility needs.

Smarter Customer Support

Service center visits become effortless with QR and NFC-enabled support integrated directly into Samsung Account. No more lengthy registration forms or extended wait times – just scan and get the help you need.

Enhanced Reminder App: Your Travel Companion

Planning a family trip to New York? The redesigned Reminder app centralizes all your travel tasks with an intuitive interface that works perfectly for first-time users. Voice-enabled reminders let you add tasks hands-free when you’re loaded down with shopping bags, while one-tap sharing keeps everyone in your group synchronized.

File sharing reaches new levels of simplicity with enhanced Quick Share. A single tap from the Quick Settings panel instantly sends and receives files, eliminating the friction from digital collaboration.

The Foldable Future Begins This Summer

One UI 8 will debut on Samsung’s newest foldable devices this summer, showcasing how software can be specifically optimized for innovative form factors. This launch represents a new rhythm for Samsung’s software evolution, with major UX and AI updates arriving alongside hardware innovations.
