Samsung‘s upcoming device, the Galaxy S21 FE was listed on TENNA’s certification site today. The post revealed the initial design of the device along with some of the specifications that we can expect it to feature.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will carry the model number SM-G9900. It will feature a 6.4″ AMOLED Display with 2340x1080p resolution. It appears to have a triple-camera setup on the rear along with an LED flash.
The Triple-camera system will comprise a 32MP main sensor along with 12MP+8MP supporting sensors that will impact the depth and focus of the images. The Galaxy S21 FE will have a 12MP front camera. From the renders that have been leaked so far, it is hard to accurately specify if the device features a tear-drop notch on the front or a punch-hole setup. It is more likely to have a punch-hole setup but we will have to wait for more leaks to emerge to confirm this.
When it comes to the processor, the Galaxy S21 FE will have the Snapdragon 888 chipset, one of the best processors out there, Samsung has really gone with a flagship-level processor for this device.
The Galaxy S21 FE will have a 4370mAh battery and will come with support for 25W Fast-charging. It will not have a rear or side-mounted fingerprint scanner but will instead feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Galaxy S21 FE will be available in an 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant and an 8GB RAM+256GB storage variant. It weighs approximately 176g and is 7.9mm thick. It will run on Android 11 out-of-the-box. Unfortunately, there is not much information when it comes to the pricing of the device, we will have to wait for the official launch of the device.
