Samsung Galaxy S21 FE leak reveals pricing and more specs

Following the news of delays and even cancellation, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is now finally almost upon us, with rumors suggesting a January 5th release date. Fans waiting to purchase the device for months will be elated to know that the phone is likely to be shipping with Android 12, something that would not have been possible if supply constraints had not delayed its release.

The phone has been extensively leaked over the past couple of months, leaving little to none to our imagination. The final leaks were delivered yesterday that revealed not only its complete specs down to the most intricate details but also the pricing of all the variants.

The pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has been doing rounds for a while now, although it did appear a bit far-fetched considering the base variant had been priced at EUR 920 or 78,850 INR which puts it in the top-tier flagship league.

The updated pricing, on the other hand, comes from WinFuture.de which lists the price of the base variant as a more reasonable $749 or 56,934 INR. This is still higher than the Galaxy S20 FE‘s price of $699 but it could possibly be revised at the time of its launch.

The 6GB+128GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will be priced at $749 or 56,934 INR. The 8GB+256GB variant will be priced at $819 or 62,276 INR.

The leak also confirms that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE will pack a 6.4″ screen and will measure 155.7 x 74.5 x 7.9mm, which seems more comfortable than the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE’s 159.8 x 74.5 x 8.4mm dimensions.

Apart from this, the Galaxy S21 FE has also been unofficially confirmed to feature much slimmer bezels than its predecessor, yet another contributing factor for its more compact design.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has a triple camera setup with a 12MP OIS, a Dual PDAF lens with an aperture of f/1.8, an 8MP telephoto OIS, a PDAF lens with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture.

What are your thoughts on the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE? Will it be a hit or a miss?
