Set your alarms a little earlier this week, Running Man fans — your favorite variety show is shifting its time slot, and missing the new schedule means missing the fun with a stacked guest lineup.

What’s Changing This Week

“Running Man,” which typically airs every Sunday at 6:10 p.m. KST, announced on September 8 that its September 13 episode will move up to 4:50 p.m. KST. The shift is due to broadcast coverage of the 2026 Asian Games, being held in Nagoya, which is taking over the network’s regular time slot that evening.

This Week’s Special Guests

Adding extra incentive to catch the episode on time, this week’s lineup features ATEEZ’s San and Han Ji Eun as guests. San previously made headlines for his fun return to the show, and fans are expecting another lively, chaotic episode packed with games and unpredictable moments — a signature of Running Man’s long-running charm.
