MediaTek had announced its flagship Dimensity 1200 chipset for smartphones in January. Realme GT Neo becomes the first smartphone to launch with the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 and now rumors are surfacing claiming Redmi is also working on a gaming smartphone that will feature this Dimensity 1200 5G processor.
Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station is claiming that Redmi is making a gaming smartphone with the model number M2104K10C featuring MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor. Again according to some tipsters the Indian variant of this smartphone will lunch under POCO branding. It is said that the upcoming POCO smartphone will be a part of the POCO F-series with a model number M2104K10I.
The listing at the IMEI database (via) of India shows the POCO branding and model number similar to the Redmi phone that will be launched in China. The tipster also claims that it could be the F-series smartphone under the well-known POCO brand in India. POCO India is also working on POCO M2 Reloaded smartphone that might be a superior version of the POCO M2 Pro smartphone.
