Reborn Rookie: Lee Jun Young Faces His Most Dangerous Trap Yet

Just when things seemed to be going his way, the tables have turned. Reborn Rookie, JTBC’s hit body-swap drama, is heading into a tense new arc as Lee Jun Young’s character finds himself kidnapped by an old enemy — and fans are bracing for what comes next.

What’s Happening in Reborn Rookie?

The story follows Kang Yong Ho (Son Hyun Joo), the powerful chairman of conglomerate Choiseong Group, whose soul gets swapped into the body of young soccer player Hwang Jun Hyun (Lee Jun Young) after an accident. Forced to start over as a rookie employee at his own company, Hwang Jun Hyun has spent the series navigating a bitter succession battle while trying to protect Choiseong Group — even sacrificing his own reputation to take the fall for a slush fund scandal. Now, newly released stills reveal he’s been captured by Na Byeong Mo (Jung Jae Sung), Kang Yong Ho’s longtime nemesis. It’s a classic body swap premise taken to high-stakes corporate extremes.
