Realme 14 Pro Series to Feature Quad-Curved Display and Advanced Tech

With the announcement of the Realme 14 series, Realme is creating a buzz in the tech community. Realme 14 Pro models are said to come equipped with a quad-curved display, which features a 42-degree golden curvature on all four sides — a design that is focused on being both aesthetically pleasing and ergonomically friendly. This makes for a section that sets a different tone visually for the device without losing usability and helping it feel more comfortable to hold.

Perhaps the most distinguished specification of the smart series is its AI-powered anti-mis-touch technology which is said to eliminate accidental touches up to 25% for a smooth touch and responsive experience. Moreover, the devices will feature some of the slimmest bezels in their category, measuring just 1.6mm on all four sides. Apart from this, they will also feature a slim bezel design that can contribute to a screen-to-body ratio of 93.8%, resulting in a broadened display and an immersive viewing experience.

The Realme 14 series will also bring enhanced display technology, with features like 3840Hz PWM+DC dimming and AI eye protection to reduce discomfort during long-term use. These features are intended to give a more comfortable view, particularly for those who use their phones a lot.

In addition, the devices will come with support for the full-fledged FIAA (Flexible Integrated Adaptive Architecture) tech which is applied to justify the colors near the edge of the display. FIAA makes the best use of the internal space by routing the wires within the AA area, which also helps eliminate the black borders seen on almost all curved-display phones. Realme has also made a large investment, around 100 crore Indian rupees, to lead the quad-curved display technology ratio.

The Realme 14 series microsite is live on Flipkart, which suggests that the company is looking to launch the phone around January. Although the spotlight is on the display, there are predictions the series will come with a robust processor, adequate RAM, and high storage variants for high performance. Further details on the phone’s full specifications are still awaited, but the series is poised to offer an exciting mix of innovation and performance.
