Allari Naresh is back doing what he does best — chaos, comedy, and a dash of mythology. Ramba Oorvasi Menaka, directed by Chandra Mohan Chintada, hit theatres on September 4, 2026, and Twitter (X) wasted no time reacting. If you’re wondering whether to book a show this weekend, here’s the real, unfiltered word from the audience.
What’s the Film About?
The story follows Suri, a broke, dream-chasing actor running a local drama troupe while his mother works to keep the household afloat. When his uncle reveals an ancient book capable of summoning the celestial nymphs — Rambha, Urvashi, and Menaka, figures rooted in Indian mythology and often referenced in tales of the Apsara tradition — Suri’s world turns upside down. The nymphs’ clumsy clash with modern life sparks the film’s comic core, eventually pushing Suri toward real responsibility.

The consensus? It’s a hit-or-miss theatre-with-friends watch rather than a must-see solo outing — but comedy fans seem largely satisfied.
