Complete Ramayana 2026 Cast — Every Character Revealed

What Makes This Film Special?

Let’s be honest — the casting alone is enough to send fans into a frenzy. Ranbir Kapoor as the noble Lord Rama, Yash channeling the fierce Ravana, and the legendary Amitabh Bachchan voicing Jatayu? That’s a dream team by any standard.

According to sources, the first-look asset is designed to introduce the world of Ramayana through its characters in a personal, rooted way — with a separate action-heavy teaser arriving in a couple of months.

The film’s music is handled by none other than AR Rahman and Hans Zimmer — a first-ever Indo-Hollywood collaboration of this scale. Produced by Namit Malhotra with screenplay by Sridhar Raghavan, this is India’s most expensive cinematic undertaking to date. The epic is based on the ancient Ramayana — one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient India, which has inspired art, culture, and storytelling across Asia for millennia.

Ramayana releases in two parts, with Part 1 hitting theatres on Diwali 2026. Stay updated with all the latest Bollywood and entertainment news at TechnoSports.
