Janhvi as Achiyamma — A Bold New Avatar

Janhvi steps into the role of Achiyamma, a village belle with a bold edge. Her birthday poster shows her in a deep maroon embroidered blouse paired with a flowing matching lehenga, layered necklaces, and round red-tinted sunglasses — blending traditional charm with a modern flair.

This is a significant departure from her usual Bollywood roles, and the BTS footage makes it clear she’s thrown herself completely into the character. For fans tracking her career evolution, this is a milestone moment — her first major Pan-India film alongside one of South cinema’s biggest stars.

The Birthday Love Didn’t Stop There

Janhvi’s younger sister Khushi Kapoor also posted unseen pictures alongside a heartfelt note: “Happy birthday to my sister, my best friend, my advisor, my teacher and my partner in crime.” Her Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari co-star Varun Dhawan also joined in with warm wishes on his Instagram Stories.
