Having been unable to agree a new contract, the Premier League champions will be ready to cash in on the winger. They have informed Chelsea that a transfer fee worth upwards of €50 million is expected to make the deal go through.
Chelsea’s opening bid for Raheem Sterling was worth €25 million plus add-ons, which has been rejected. And it is expected that they will be back with another offer very soon.
Manchester City are expecting both Sterling and Gabriel Jesus to depart this summer. And they want to raise around €100 million from the sales of the two forwards. Arsenal are ahead in the race to sign Gabriel Jesus, while Sterling is the preferred choice for Cheslea.
