What Did Priyanka Actually Say?
On April 1, 2026, Priyanka shared a poster of Dhurandhar: The Revenge on her Instagram Stories and poured out genuine appreciation for the film and its makers. She addressed Ranveer Singh directly as her “dost” and congratulated him, then pivoted to give special recognition to director Aditya Dhar — calling him a man with a clear and powerful creative mission. Her description of the film as “a revelation in every way” is no throwaway compliment. Coming from someone who has worked in both Bollywood and Hollywood at the highest levels, it carries real weight.
What makes this even more meaningful is the personal history between Priyanka and Ranveer. The two have shared screen space in Bajirao Mastani (2015), Dil Dhadakne Do (2015), and Gunday (2014) — building a friendship across multiple projects that has clearly endured well beyond the sets.
Why This Matters for Dhurandhar: The Revenge
Dhurandhar: The Revenge has already crossed ₹750 crore at the Indian box office in just two weeks — a staggering achievement that places it firmly in the conversation for the biggest Hindi film of all time. The endorsements keep rolling in from across the industry, from Vicky Kaushal to Ram Charan, Rajinikanth, and now Priyanka Chopra. Each celebrity review adds a fresh wave of attention to the film, keeping it in the cultural conversation week after week.
