The many previous leaks suggested that the previous generation of GoPro had a 1220 mAh battery. However, GoPro HERO 9 Black is said to boast around 1720 mAh of battery power.
It’s also said to feature a new dual charging mode that can juice it up two packs at once. GoPro has also decided to throw in a free water-resistance bag for the device. Something which the users had to buy separately. GoPro HERO 9 Black, might actually have a color front display, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
The latest leak
The tweet reports that the GoPro HERO 9 Black will feature a 23.6 MP sensor, that will enable 5K video recording in the future. There are also software features to keep an eye on such as HyperSmooth 3.0, for “gimbal-like” stability, and also TimeWarp 3.0. it is even said to have a voice control module as well as it would support Full HD live streaming.
There’s also a new dual charging that can juice up two packs at once to minimize your downtime. GoPro will also be offering a water-resistant bag for free, something that users had to buy separately in the past.
While the release date of Go Pro Hero 9 Black, still remains a mystery. The cost of the camera is leaked to be at €479 which is a little heavy on the wallet. However, claims have been made that the original price will be less than the leaked price, it still remains to be seen whether the price will go down or will the company justify its price tag by revealing new features.
