Every box office story has a turning point, and for Prem Keetanu, Tuesday brought a small but welcome one. After a steep Monday drop, Veer Pahariya’s romantic drama managed a slight recovery. It’s not a comeback yet, but it’s a flicker of good news for the film’s team.

Prem Keetanu Day-Wise Collections

Day	Net India Collection
Day 1 (Friday)	Rs 50 lakh
Day 2 (Saturday)	Rs 33 lakh
Day 3 (Sunday)	Rs 28 lakh
Day 4 (Monday)	Rs 10 lakh
Day 5 (Tuesday)	Rs 11 lakh
Total	Rs 1.32 crore

What the Numbers Say?

On Tuesday, October 6, Prem Keetanu collected Rs 11 lakh net, a 10 per cent rise over Monday’s Rs 10 lakh. According to Sacnilk, the film’s India net now stands at Rs 1.32 crore, with gross collections at Rs 1.57 crore. Overseas and worldwide figures aren’t available yet.

A Weekend That Lost Momentum

The film opened at Rs 50 lakh, then slid to Rs 33 lakh on Saturday and Rs 28 lakh on Sunday. Monday’s sharp fall to Rs 10 lakh hurt further. As the Free Press Journal notes, the overall performance remains underwhelming.

Can It Recover Its Budget?

The film reportedly cost around Rs 3 crore. With Rs 1.32 crore in the bank after five days, it still has a significant distance to cover before recovering that from its theatrical run. Weekdays will be the real test.

What Is the Film About?

Prem Keetanu follows Vishal (Veer Pahariya), who falls in love with Suhani Sharma (Aadia Sayed). Vishal dreams of moving to the US, while Suhani lands a corporate job under Ranjeet (Aparshakti Khurana), a pompous boss who develops feelings for her. The story becomes a romantic rivalry between the two men.
