POCO X7 Global Version Leaks on Geekbench

POCO has already started working on the successor of POCO X6 — POCO X7, and the device seems to be launching soon, as it has recently appeared on Geekbench revealing details about the specs and performance stats. The POCO X-series is well-known for its value for money, and while there are plenty of features to enjoy, the pricing is definitely competitive. Prepare for more of the same with the X7, with big upgrades.

POCO X7 Global Model Leaked on Geekbench with 12GB RAM, Imminent Launch

One listing for the POCO X7 that was found by 91mobiles, its model number is 24095PCADG, which leaked in an NBTC certification before. According to this listing, the POCO X7 achieved a score of 1029 in Geekbench’s single-core test and 2901 in the multi-core test, very similar to the POCO X6, which achieved 1025 and 2951, respectively. These scores suggest that the POCO X7 will offer solid performance, keeping pace with its predecessor in terms of overall processing power.

According to the Geekbench listing, the POCO X7 will run on Android 14 out of the box and feature 11.17GB (effectively 12GB) of RAM, with the possibility of other RAM options being available at launch. Details of the chipset itself are not listed, but previous reports claimed that the POCO X7 might run on the Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset found on the Redmi Note 14 Pro. Further evidence of this theory can be seen in the (4+4) core architecture of the chipset.

As far as optics go, the POCO X7 will likely be identical to the setup of the Redmi Note 14 Pro. It could pack a 50MP IMX882 primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens. A 20MP front-facing shooter is also likely for selfies and video calls.

Regarding the display, the POCO X7 is said to share the same 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ 1.5K resolution as the Redmi Note 14 Pro. The device will be backed up by a 5,500mAh battery paired with 45W fast charging support for an instant and stronger experience. There is still no word on specifications or pricing for the POCO X7, but previous leaks say that POCO is having to make significant compromises in order to price the device aggressively, much like its predecessor, the POCO X6, which was launched in India in the first quarter of January 2024, following POCO’s trend of first launching an X-series model so soon in a 12-month cycle.
