Poco’s flagship F8 series is heading to global markets “really soon,” according to tipster Abhishek Yadav. The Poco F8 Ultra and Poco F8 Pro recently appeared on Singapore’s IMDA and Thailand’s NBTC certification sites with model numbers 25102PCBE and 2510DPC44G respectively, signaling an imminent launch following the Poco F7 series introduced in March.
Table of Contents
Poco F8 Ultra Expected Specs
| Specification | Details |
|---|---|
| Processor | Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 |
| Display | 120Hz LTPO OLED, 1.5K/2K resolution |
| Battery | 7,000mAh with 100W fast charging |
| Rear Camera | Triple 50MP setup with OIS |
| Front Camera | 50MP selfie shooter |
| Build | IP69-rated dust/water resistance |
Certification Trail Confirms 5G
The NBTC listing confirms the Poco F8 Ultra supports GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and NR networks, ensuring 5G connectivity across global markets. The model number suggests the Ultra could be a rebranded Redmi K90 Pro or K90 Pro Max, which launched in October with Bose-tuned speakers and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
Flagship-Level Features
The Poco F8 Ultra is tipped to pack powerhouse specifications including a massive 7,000mAh battery with both 100W wired and wireless charging support—addressing battery anxiety for heavy users. The camera system features a triple 50-megapixel rear setup with optical image stabilization alongside a 50-megapixel front camera for high-quality selfies.
Additional premium features include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for faster, more secure unlocking and IP69 rating for superior dust and water protection—higher than most flagship devices.
India Launch Uncertain
While global launch appears imminent, it remains unclear which models will arrive in India. The Poco F7 and F7 Ultra both launched in India, suggesting similar market coverage for the F8 series, though official confirmation is pending.
With certification listings piling up, Poco is expected to announce an official global launch date within weeks. For more smartphone launch updates, visit Technosports.
