POCO F6 is confirmed to launch on 23rd May in India and globally

POCO has officially disclosed the date of the POCO F6 India launch. May 23 at 4:30 PM IST will mark the device’s national premiere. Presumably a rebranded Redmi Turbo 3, which recently made its debut in China, this phone has been seen online on several occasions.

During an in-person event in Dubai, POCO will simultaneously announce the POCO F6 Pro for the global market.

Previous sources state that this is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC-powered worldwide variant of the Redmi K70, which was unveiled in China last year.

POCO F6 specifications

In terms of display technology, the POCO F6 might include a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with 480Hz touch sampling rate, 2,160Hz PWM, Dolby Vision, peak local brightness of 2,400 nits, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. An Adreno GPU for graphics may be combined with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor to power the device.

Open-source HyperOS custom skin based on Android 14. Along with an 8MP ultrawide, the phone has a 50MP Sony main sensor with OIS. A 20MP selfie camera might be included. A 5,000mAh battery with support for 90W cable charging is probably included in the POCO F6.
