Poco C75 5G, M7 Pro 5G Prices Revealed: Launching in India

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco is reportedly preparing its entry-level line-up for India, with two devices in the pipeline for launch, the Poco C75 5G and Poco M7 Pro 5G. The next devices will be oriented more towards the budget and entry-level pricing orientation of a 5G modem and will try to offer, overall, low-end specifications. One of the phones that have the potential to grab significant attention is the Poco M7 Pro, owing to its AMOLED display and higher refresh rate.

Poco Set to Launch M7 Pro 5G and C75 5G in India on December 17: Price and Specifications Revealed

The Poco M7 Pro will come with a 6.67 inch AMOLED display which will become one of the brightest in this category of mobile phones with a peak brightness of 2100 nits. The display will have FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and gaming. It would also include an in-display fingerprint sensor, allowing biometric authentication, which would enhance security and convenience.

On the other hand, the Poco C75 5G will offer up a Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 chip and most probably pack up to 8GB RAM that will allow it to take multitasking without a hitch. The device will feature dual-SIM support and will boot HyperOS, Xiaomi’s proprietary Android 14-based OS. However, the software update policy is one of the key aspects of the Poco C75 5G, as the phone will get two years of OS updates along with four years of security patches. Keep in mind, that the Poco C75 will only support SA 5G and it won’t support NSA 5G, which may limit the phone for users preferring a phone with broader 5G support.

As confirmed by Poco’s India CEO, Himanshu Tandon to social media, both the device was announced on December 17th, 2024. An affordable 5G phone, the Poco C75 5G may fall in the ₹8,000-₹10,000 price segment. Price for Poco M7 Pro has not been announced, but if we look at the past trends for M-series devices, the new M-series device should be priced at around ₹10,000.
