PNY Sets Up Local GPU RMA Center in India with R&R Tech

PNY Technologies has announced a major service upgrade for Indian customers with the establishment of a local RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) setup for NVIDIA GeForce and NVIDIA Professional GPUs. Announced November 20, the partnership with Repair & Return Technology Pvt. Ltd. eliminates long international shipping waits for warranty claims.

What This Means for Indian GPU Users

Faster, More Efficient GPU Warranty Service

The local RMA center will handle warranty claims for both NVIDIA GeForce gaming GPUs and NVIDIA Professional series, significantly improving response times for customers across India. Previously, users had to ship defective GPUs internationally, leading to extended waiting periods that could disrupt workflows and gaming experiences.

Why This Partnership Matters

PNY’s National Sales Manager Devanshu Bajpai emphasized the company’s commitment to providing seamless customer experiences. The collaboration with R&R Tech combines PNY’s service vision with local technical expertise, ensuring reliable and efficient support tailored to the Indian market.
